Lookout Tower.

Lookout Tower is a speculative inner-city intervention in Cape Town, developed as part of Ceoné Joubert's Honours research. The project explores how architecture can support biodiversity within the urban fabric, creating a small vertical landscape for observation, planting and ecological repair. Set against the density of the city, the tower becomes both lookout and refuge.
